Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and research potential clients within the digital marketing industry.
    • Utilize various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media) to generate new leads.
  2. Lead Qualification:

    • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit for the organization's digital marketing services.
    • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and engagement.
    • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing information and addressing inquiries.
  4. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
    • Use insights to inform lead generation and qualification strategies.
  5. Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Provide support in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  6. CRM Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
    • Generate reports on lead generation and qualification activities.
  7. Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and qualification.
    • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
