Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing:

    • Identify and attract top sales talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  2. Candidate Screening:

    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Provide detailed candidate profiles to clients.
  3. Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Client Collaboration:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress and feedback.
  5. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
    • Use insights to inform candidate sourcing and placement strategies.
  6. Database Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and activities in the CRM system.
    • Generate reports on recruitment activities and performance.
  7. Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate sourcing and placement.
    • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
