About the Role

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on rec2rec recruitment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other recruitment tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Management:

    • Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment sector.
    • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Identify and attract top recruitment talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Provide detailed candidate profiles to clients.
  3. Relationship Management:

    • Act as the main point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Address client and candidate needs and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  4. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
    • Use insights to inform business development and recruitment strategies.
  5. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance and recruitment activities.
  6. Database Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client and candidate interactions and activities in the CRM system.
    • Generate reports on recruitment activities and performance.
  7. Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and placement.
    • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
