Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a 270 recruitment role within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients within the food industry, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Negotiation: Negotiate job offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment database.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
