- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients within the food industry, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Negotiation: Negotiate job offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment database.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
