Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
