  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment database.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
