- Language Skills: Fluency in both German/Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:
- Identify and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening:
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews in German to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide detailed candidate profiles to clients.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Take briefings from clients in German
- Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress and feedback.

Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Use insights to inform candidate sourcing and placement strategies.

Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on recruitment activities and performance.

Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate sourcing and placement.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
