Who are we?
Capture was setup by four Directors with over 60 years recruitment experience (although none of us look a day over 30) and businesses totalling £50M revenue.
We faced similar issues, with the costs of running businesses in the UK soaring and the challenges of getting great talent in without breaking the bank. We were focusing too heavily on looking within our business and not looking ahead to “Capture” success.
Capture was born out of this concept. Capture is based in Cape town, a region with a time difference of an hour and an English speaking population. We found that the level of talent and education in Cape town was as high as in the UK. We have married up the talent in Cape town with the vibrant market in the UK/EU/US and the perfect resourcing model was formed .
